RMS'd it since you provided no image. It's Suspicion Skeleton on our server.

Suspicion Skeleton - 1 ea.
Hemet made from Dragon's cranial bone. Has resistences against Dragons.
Reduce damage from Dragon monster by 5%.
Receive 5% more damage from Dragon monster.
Class : Headgear
Defense : 5
Equipped On : Upper
Weight : 80
Required Level : 50
Applicable Job : Every Job

Yes that is the one though I think its RMS description has an error.  Can that be obtained?

Hmmm...they're in the Item Shop for $5. I dunno where in game to find them however.

EDIT: RMS says it's not dropped by anything @_@
