Pure Damage wise Supreme Bryss or Supreme Bow thimbles. A Kiel mid - in war you'd be spamming SS in a braggi. A status armour wont hurt - Id recommend Freezing armour.

I can't afford Brysses, I might sell my stuff to get more gears though.
Kiels seems rather Nice, though :D

Nox wool is pointless - you either use Deviling or Raydric for best effect anyway. Get a Kiel anyway. Dunno but Braggi+Kiel does make slim pitcher seem faster then with either alone.

Deviling works well when the opposing guild has a lot of Bios and Champs and Raydric is better when there are more sinx,magic casters and snipers . Switching is best :P

PS - could ask Kyle to sell you Orleans gloves[1]

Raydric is better when there are more sinx,magic casters and snipers . Mostly their damage is not even neutral.
Nox is better when there are more sinx,magic casters and snipers . Reduce GT, SD, Magic and all Sniper damage.

2 Celebs will be really good, and change your Arte to either TTH (extra 15m+ if you uncard your DDT) or DTT because DDT is just plain shit in my opinion, it's more of a starter SQI for low budget snipers. But for you, you have 90% of the gears needed to achieve maximum dmg for WoE/PvP, Kiel is NOT a must, it's more of a luxury item.

Other useful gears worth mentioning but generally not needed are:
Osiris carded Accessories (for that extra ASPD/AGI/Flee Boost, it's a must if you plan on getting 190 ASPD with TTH)
Toad Shields, Maya Valk (extra 5 mdef helps when rushing on offense in WoE), GTB Shields
Whisper/Nine tails garment, Noxious Garments, kapha Wool scarf, Dev/Raydric Wool Scarf, Stem Worm garments (need this for 200 Dex Sharp Shoots  ;) )
SK Mid/Valk, Kiel Mid/Valk, DI Mid/Valk
Tao Armor (PvP armor vs LK/Sniper/SinX etc etc...)
Combat Knife (WoE Reductions)
Mystel Sleips/Shoes (If you know how to use Tao then you'll know what to do with Mystel Shoes)
Status Bows (Metaling, Randgris, Marina, Savage Bebe, Metaller etc...
