Title: OMG! what's this?!?!

a while back when i was hunting stuff for Moscovia dungeon quest.
I ran into something i've never seen b4. It give a MVP sign when i killed it(forgot to SS that)  and
i dont found any info about it on RMS. anyone can explain why he's there? just curious is all. thanks

I killed it lots of times, it drops blue hair thou. Same like kobold. Could it be the leader of kobold leader? ;D

It also drops Gumongooh[2] or something like that which is needed for the Electric Guitar SQI I think.
