Is anyone here lagging. I cant even move o.o. My effects are off also. Is tehre a way to fix this lag?

I used to, but the internet is crappy there. So, I attributed the lag to the shitty interwebz. I'm not laggy now.

I have an average ping of 153 and I live in Hawaii, like more than 2,000 miles away from the server.
