i have nib now and 2 celebring
which is good for the ff: armor? headgear? robe? and shoes?

ghostring is almost a must for pvp. Various status armours, marc, element to counter different class. Most uses valk helm with kiel card. Deviling, raydric. DL sleip.

Celebs are useless with nib. Either sell one and get berz, or sell both and get berz. Your cast doesnt need to suck :(
