i have big problem my charater is stuck in hevent crismas someone have any idea ? to reles him from thar?

i been make yastrday the ticket i weit to responser from GM the place i stuck now is santa home in lutia where the big ice wolf !!
whan can i got my rogue back ?
sorry about dobel post but HOW NOW I GOT MY ROGUE BACK? WHAN YOU CLOSE THE HEVENT T_T this the place is stuck

Use the AnthemRO patcher if you get errors when accessing the event maps, log into your Rogue, and walk out of the building. You can still LEAVE all event maps, but you cannot ENTER them anymore.
