It depends on the severity of the scam.
Some people haven't had their tickets answered since Anima times and others have had their tickets resolved almost instantly.

well is about lost item Actually is my Guilt and i just ask if is item will be recover
befor 1 yrs i give to someone for few min the item and is didnt back to me is try find me i didnt find him
GM tall me dont give any one you items

i sure you know what kind item it is can be.
i just think is have to that time whan i can got it cuz is really importent for me !!
