When you unslot using Ads, Where do your cards go after you pay for the service? Supposedly the service was completed, and I didn't pay for the trident to be kept, so that I expected to be gone, however both cards are not in my storage nor on any of my characters.

you'll have to submit a support ticket :/ you are not the first person to experience this, I wonder what's going on? x_x

I already did. I was just hoping it was something simple on my end that I was missing so the GMs don't have to deal with more silly issues.
Oh well.
I just hope it gets fixed soon...It was a Doppelganger Card and an Incantation Samurai Card. I want to use them... >_>

unslot = give your armor/weapon with cards away (to the gms) and get new separated ones.

This I understand. You also can pay extra to keep said weapon or item. I was more saying that the cards that were requested to be "separated" were never returned to my storage, that's all.
This issue ism resolved anyway. Somehow the cards where put into a different character.

That's why you use a Request ticket not Support ticket.
