for some odd reason, it wont let me.
the first time i ever tried it let me. But now it wont, and im  typing in all the right info, and i have money on my debit card, but it still wont let me, its kinda frustrating.

it wont let me either i tied to donate 13 dollars and it said i needed a different card

Debit cards are a pain in the ass. Theres a few threads about how to do it, which you may lose a few bucks in the process.

Possible you typed in your debit card address information wroung , and paypall id denying you.
