Title: kafra clip questions

1) how does it work? do u have to wear it or something?
2) i understand its soul bound. but can it be switched between characters of the same ID?

you equip it and unequip it and a kafra window opens and it works on all the characters in that certain account

1)  You equip it and then unequip it to open you bank.

2)  you can trade it through your bank and any character that has access to that bank.
