Title: Sage-Scholar? Are they any good?

I went to the Class Specific Thread, but it didn't really help me.
I'm just wondering if Scholars have anything going for them, besides their awesome looks.

profs are kickass class. but for me it was too complax and time consuming to lvl =.=' soo many skills..... but they r fun indeed.
