Title: Issues in Item Shop

Every time I go to attempt to buy anything with item shop credit, It goes to a blank screen and I don't get my item.
Is it just me having issues like this? 
I don't want to loose any item credit....

People seem to randomly get this problem. :/ Just try having the items sent to a different in-game account.

It always happens to me as well, just log in with a different account and it'll work.

I don't have multiple accounts, nor do I really want to make a new one just because there is a bug that isn't my fault.
I need to make a new in-game account too?  And somehow trade the item from my one account to the other with one computer?
I don't see the logic in that...

well I know it's a hassle, and they should get on this. But right now bare w/ them. You're probably new to the server, but I'd say about 90% of the people Dual Client meaning having two AnthemROs open at once. May not seem logical to you at the moment, but if you have two open you can vend on one account, and train and gather zeny on another. Not to mention getting all your zeny onto one account is easier if you have at least two, and you dual client.

I have an old computer, so does this mean I have to run 2 ROs at the same time? Or do I have to have more than 1 computer to do this?
I am new to this server, somewhat.  I usually just play and go on me merry way...but yeah....

You could mail the item to yourself.
Although it posses certain risk of sending it to the wrong person if you typed your name wrong. so always double check.

I can't even get it to send to a friends' account, and I can't make a new forum account, since I have the money on this account.

I put in a service request for the item, hoping that I can get it that way for the time being.

I really would like a GM to look at my account.  I can't use the credit I have at all...

That's what I did for now, until someone hopefully checks on what is bugging out on my account.
