Title: What is Nifleheim Invasion

It mentions monsters spawning in the nifleheim city that I have never seen before on ratemyserver and beside them it says nifleheim invasion.

Could you rephrase that? I am not sure what you mean.
There are monsters in Niffleheim city that spawn there. In fact, Lord of Death spawns in Niffleheim city.

There are certain monster spawns for Niflheim town that happen on a so-called Niflheim invasion. Not sure what they're for but I guess it's some kind of event.

Go to the top right of Niffleheim city and talk to to a tombstone - It will spawn several orc skels which dont give loots or exp. You ll need to kill every orc skel before you can talk to the stone again - so you cant exploit and fill the whole map with orc skels .

Hm actually, I figured it out I think.

From the looks of it, the normal mob spawns do not contain Lord of Death in Niflheim. He is part of the Niflheim Invasion.
By default, there are: 5 dullahan, 10 gibbet, 10 heirozoist, 20 quve and 20 lude in Niflheim. During the invasion, it will spawn Lord of Death and various other mobs on the map, like Loli Ruri, Bloody Murderer, Disguise and more. Once LoD died, all the spawned mobs will die as well. Seems to happen every 133 minutes.
