Title: Eh, Help on starting up

My pc just fried, so I'm using my laptop.
As I start Ro, this error pops up:

What should I do?

Update your Sakray.

Has nothing to do with Sakray. Try changing your screen resolution to 640x480 and update your videocard drivers.

run the setup.exe in the ro folder first to set up the settings you would like. Then run the game...
