Title: How many maximum base exp and job exp you can get at one monster?

Just random question...
Based on my experience, it gives like 1 level and 50% top but I am not sure the exact amount %.
And how many the rates for quests with exp reward?

I think quest exp reward is 1:1 rate

we don't really have much exp reward quest

only the recent ones like rachel sanc and so on.

The biblian quests sometimes reward you with exp. Although the recent OCA/OVB event has undermined the values of a lot of quest rewards :\

Why haven't quest experience rewards been changed to 5/5 ?
