I remember playing Anima years ago and once I started playing Anthem, I was surprised to learn they are the same. Does anyone know, would my old account still exist? I tried to log in, but none of my passwords work. It was so long ago I could have all my info wrong, but I'm just not sure. I worked so hard on those characters...

You can submit a support ticket to retrieve your old account information. Be sure to note down any characters if you remember them or some picture proof of one or more of the characters. This will facilitate the process.

I had same situation and i got my old account from anima, here in anthem...I think they sent notification that time with the genereted password, idk if my memory is right. thats the time i access my old accoutn by that email with random generated password in all account. or maybe just before anthem died i request password reset thats why i have the email with me, cant remember exactly... ;D but for sure your account are still with anthem i had my account in anima and did not used for several year but i still avail to used in today. Just ask GM if they can help you!...

If anyone still looks at this thread I hope they can help me just a little bit more: What if I can't remember the email I used with my Anima account? Is there any way I can recover it still? Thanks everyone.

Just tell everything you can remember what left on your account on support ticket. GM would surely give you a hint instead of full information about account to remind you a bit.

The only way you're going to be able to get an animaRO account back is if you still have access to the e-mail it's currently registered with. We can give you hints as to what the e-mail is, but if you don't have access to it, we can't do anything.
