try reading this topic (http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,76999.0.html) and see what things you can do. It might also just be your ISP having a hard day, god knows I've had times where my ISP went from fine to worse than dial up.

my ISP is really slow!! i called them but i dont get what they say!!!
