Probably the most prominant is Maya + 30 MDEF
The only other thing I can think of is Gibbet +5 MDEF for headgear.

Not all of these are out yet but all of them affect magic defense in some way.  This doesn't include Maya since its a custom card.

These effect magic defense in some way.   This doesn't include Maya since it is a custom card.  Some of them are not out yet but you can tell if there from one of the new dungeons or not.  There are also cards that have been modified on this server on the list like sting card so ignore it.  Copy and past the link.  Don't try clicking on it.
