how long does it take for support tickets to get done here???

i put one in on the 23rd of december and still no answer yet my cousin got a reply in 3 hours the other day

do they not have an order or just ignoring me? :(

My friend got scammed September 21^st. Still hasn't got his stuff back. Why? People, who scam stuff and so on, sell it, then it might get reselled, broke by an upgrader, traded for other items, and so on. It's all in the logs, but things can be complicated or not. More complicated -> needs more time, that's what I think.

yep, for tracing , they definatly need time.....even too many waiting for same reason, so you have to wait and stay cool....you gona get reply after job done or required.  ;)

it wasnt scammed just misplaced lol ill be bale to buy a new one by the time they find it
