Title: how you get the hundreds of OCAs?

first sorry if i am being noob  ;D .... anyways i started the event and finish it so i went inside the statue swamp and i started killing monster but i don't see any single oca drop...my question is how do you get the OCAs?

Collect the stones that they drop, and turn them into the Rewards NPC.

is that the summoning stone? and may i ask where to find the reward NPC and thank you so much for answering me

Yeah, the summoning stones.
The Rewards NPC is in the little room to the left in the hallway about where you go to the statues.  There's a warp.
