sir/mam why i dont received the mail from my other account i transferred 2.5m and i dont received anything..some action please

Maybe you put return, Or maybe you spelled your name wrong? Did you type your name with all its caps or numbers and spaces? Make sure you send it to exact name with exact spelling and spaces.

dont send big stuff in mail im serious dont, sometimes items can get lost there

Amanda's right.
I do use it when I'm too lazy to dual, but if you're gonna pass big stuff, it's better if you dual.

beter if they remove that mail box..its should be resolved.anthem is also affected by global crisis.. /swt

Packages get lost in mail, something that happens in real life too ???

Maybe you made a spelling mistake or something. =X

make it update sender message should be added as(Sent message/Received message/etc).Maybe can get some screenshot if anything happen like losing stuff/zeny.One more thing,take screenshot before sending huge amount of zeny/stuff,gm can help us :P if that happened

I don't believe we recover items lost in the mail, and if you send something to the wrong name, it's lost forever.

There maybe ought to be a warning on the Mailbox or some shit.

It's best for communicating or transferring small items.  Don't send valuable shit unless you are willing to gamble!  I suspect the problem is a name misspelling though; that seems most likely.  In the future, be sure to double-check names before sending :P

Its simply not always instant. I shit bricks once when I mailed my Di ewe and it never came. showed up a day later.
