As long as it's $USD then yes, I'll do it.
Make SURE you add Delivery Confirmation because I don't want it getting lost then you claiming I stole it.

I can deposit the money while I Pay for the donation with my massive Paypal Balance, lol.

all i used to be able to do was send ads thru the mail as well, but what i do now is buy those visa gift cards that look like credit cards.
it's kinda a rip off because its like $26 for a $25 gift card, but that's close to postage for me so no big deal....
its also much more secure than mail and instantaneous.
you can xfer the $25 from the giftcard into your paypal account(you dont need a credit card to set up an account) then you can use that money to donate or even buy stuff off ebay O.O etc.....

and i have paypal but for some reason... anthem wont let me donate with paypal because my sending limit is 0.00. and i dont have a credit card or bank account. since i'm only 15 and my friend already send cash to my paypal... so i dont know what to do now...

Visa Gift Card might be your best bet since you can purchase this in person. I know that there are some grocery stores that will offer Visa/Mastercard gift cards as well and you can purchase them there.
Visa Buxx is also a good way to go if you can talk your parents into giving you your allowance in the form of a Visa Buxx debit card. It works just like a bank card, and they can deposit an amount and you can still use that card like a normal Visa Debit Card and it's also rechargeable. Paypal will also accept this card and allow you to make payments online using it.

You can obtain it in person at a lot of locations in the US. The thing is that each gift card is different in their verification methods when you want to use it online. Some will allow it, some won't. I have received some gift cards that I just had to go on their site and register the card, but I hear some people can't get it to work at all.
I know the Visa Buxx card works, I have a few underaged friends who use paypal with that card linked to their account, and it works fine. Before signing up for any cards, make sure to ask them if you can use it online and if Paypal will allow that type of card.

The only reason why I would think they wouldn't work is because of verification. Some cards will require that you verify for online purchases (like signing up on their website or calling the company to verify that you would like to use it online). Just ask the card places, they will help you :)
I've heard of people not being able to use them, but I think it's because of the verification process and them not knowing that they need to do this. If anyone has experiences with gift cards not verifying for online use, please post here to let this player know and for us to advise players of it in the future /ok

I totally forgot about Gift Cards.
Back a year ago, I tried donating using an AMEX Gift Card, and it wouldn't accept it, but I believe it's been fixed recently.
Tell you what, tomorrow, I'm gonna buy an Amex, Visa, and MasterCard, and doante with them all. I'll let you know how it works out.

I never send cash or any type of money through the mail without Delivery Confirmation/Signature.
oh yes. uhm sadly. i went to wallgreens today. They didn't have visa giftcards or sold out. Only had american express but $50 which i could not afford.
i was gonna use my $11 dollars from my paypal to pay at least. but than my account is not verified therefore that is usless as well.
