Did GMs nerf Skeggiold drops rate ?

Skegs have low drop rate from default.
Refer : even at 3x its low.

the respawn is nerfed /ok

3% for Silk Robes is too good . There was many odin leeches back then that's why I thought it must have been nerfed or something .

Not anymore.  It's back to the normal ammount of Skeggs.
