Go into artist's corner /ok Find whoever has a siggy making operation in progress and ask them to make one for you, most people will charge a fee though, but you'll still find better luck there than you will here, probably.

anyway my sis made that for me =] (using paint Dx, as you can see its pretty rough xD)
there is a siggy generator in ratemyserver.com too if you don't mind using it :]
and yeah artist corner is proably the place where you can find ppl making these siggies
