First of all, I am not sure how this new server works.

I am an old Anima player and I was told that all our accounts and information had been transferred to this new server - however, when I try to log into my old account on the site, it doesn't allow me to.

And when I try to regiester under the same name, it tells me it already exists.

I think the password may have been changed by me at some time, if that's true, how do I get it?

All the accounts from animaro got transferred over to anthem, if you want to use your old account all you have to do is send in a support ticket with details like your former username and password, when you last played, email you used to sign the account up with and screenshots.
