Is there a monster who drops slotted Undershirt??
How to farm 'em?

You can get them from the event mobster though a GM would have to summon it.  Only other way is socket enchanting which we don't have.

It's always been an Item Shop exclusive...the thing is...I think GM should add Pantie[1].
