its flee and perfect dodge :D

in ur stat there will be something like 180+2
180 is ur flee and 2 is your perfect dodge.

flee depends on hit.
when you have high flee ur opponent needs high dex/hit to hit you
also flee is reduced when there are mobs.

perfect dodge is totally random and will always block the atk regardless or a person's hit/dex or watever
(not true for skill) even crits will miss.

it is also not reduce by mob.
the thing is that its hard to get perfect dodge =/
and not worth it.

Some of the cards that add to flee say that they add to dodge instead (not "perfect dodge," but just plainly say "dodge"). In those cases, it really means flee, not perfect dodge.

I could be mistaken, but I think Whisper is an example of a card like this.

Perfect Dodge doesn't block skill attacks, only works on regular attacks. High flee can block some.

Perfect Dodge is what the levin said. The second number behind flee is the percent chance you'll dodge an enemies attack. When you do it'll display the "Lucky" above your head. Also from what I can do in my head, you can only get around 60~ perfect dodge on a Assassin, so it'd be harder on other classes. I'll tell you the actual number for people with gear when I feel like doing the statistics and stuff on a RO calculator.
