Not only does it allow double attack for katars, it also uses the double attack lvl 10 you have from your previous theif job class so it happens way often. Another alternative if your not using a kahos is Baby Chick Hat which applies the same effect and same benefits of having it lvl 10 then lvl 1-2.

Cool! So what should I get, Sidewinder Card or Baby Chick hat, they are both 5 ads...

You don't have a kaho, do you?
I'd go with the chicky, since you can use it on other characters.  Once you get a kaho, sell the chicky and buy a sidewinder, or just have both. /ok
