Title: What does RUSH and GE mean?

I've seen them in shop names, and I have no clue what it means.

GE *Glowstick Enterprises*, it's a vendor guild that usually vends for fair prices

Rush means they want to desperately sell the things on the vend and supposedly sell cheap, most of the times are fake
