Title: what are the rules of naming character?

GM, please tell me what are the rules of naming a character?

Because WHATEVER NAME I came, it wont let me. Eg. Elis Paix09 im sure that nobody know this name, so why cant i create it?

See the arrows on the side of those boxes?
Go over and keep trying until it work.
Only 5 of those are implemented, so you can only make 5 characters. :)
