Title: Two questions!

What are the newly implemented Bibalan Quests everyone is talking about?

And what are considered crit gears and the average cost of them?

In Bibalan, just get out where you get warped.
Also crite gears depend on your budger:
Crit Rings are 500k-1 mil, if you are on a budget.
If you have money:
Gryph Mid: 17-23 mill ( Depends on the mid)
Kobold Death Loops 18 mill each.

You're warped directly into the dungeon, unlike most dungeons.  To get to the quest, simply go out the warp portal right next to the place you spawn when you warp to Bibalan Dungeon.  Presumably the NPCs are at the very left, right, and bottom of the screen - they tell you the ingredients, then you collect them and randomly get something from them.

Okay, started it. I want to finish mosc quest though...
