I've only been playing for about six weeks, maybe a tad more. This messages scared me at first. I just hit level 99 on my first character, then when I try to go to Prontera it gives me this message. I'm glad that it's a known error and something didn't actually happen to my account. I'm glad that I deigned to check the forum before sending a support ticket.

its annoying,, and its a known error GM said iWed error and they can do nothing about it..

The current issues with the server going down once or twice a day are not the fault of the GM's of this server

Recently there has been a lot of hacks at the data center / server farm where this game is run as a result i think the companey is performing upgrades and maintenance on their hardware which breaks ARO's server until the companey is finished the DC's and random lag wont go away.

I rebooted everything, so it's back up. Yes, we are unable to do anything for now, Talis has already contacted iWeb, so let's see if that'll help. In the meanwhile, please be patient. @_@ We are not responsible for the downtime!
