I have Eddga card.
Should I put it in +7 Shoes or above ??  ???

Well the higher +, the higher defense u get. But +7 also does fine. If u hv a lot cash, then get +8,+9 or even +10. U can brag about it ;) but if u r not into showing off and just want one efficient enough then +7 shoe works just fine xD

Put the eddga card on a +7 boots [1] if you use it on bs/ws

If you plan on solely using them for a bs, or a knight class, or other classes that can use boots, you could do that.

But shoes are a fairly universal item, and if you plan on eventually selling the eddga shoes and upgrading to say, Dark Lord Sleips, you would be better off with shoes, because more people will want to buy them for leveling purposes.  That said, I still think that shoes are better to own simply based on the fact you can wear them on more classes.

Put it in a shoes so that you can resell it easily at a later time. Putting it in a boots will basically makes its resale hard.

+7 shoes are best, as people said. You really dont want to go higher, it's not that big of a difference and barely worth the additional price.
