Title: how do i get skins to work

you have to make a skins folder, first of all
go in game, go to the options button near your HP,Zeny and Sp stuff and select the skin you want :O.

The folder has to be called "skin" not "Skin," Skins," or "skins."

In-game, press (I believe) Alt+O or click the Options button on your main UI box, and change the skin there.

actually said you make a "skins" folder. The folder has to be just called:

skin

and nothing else.
