I'll have it in-game, and in the item shop by the next reboot.

Need to work on it first though. We have the card, it just isn't coded. So it might not be "in, in", on the next one.

Currently it is not dropping, and not working, but is implemented. I wrote up a code for the card, but I need it to be double checked before I throw it out there. You guys wouldn't really want the card now as is would you?

its an awesome card lol...reduction and flee(and 7flee compared to a +9ninetails for 15% reduction is a rather good trade)

but people are used to getting +9/10 garments for nine tails use. The added 15% neutral reduction has got to help the build overall for pvm/pvp usage.
