Title: Connection error any help greatly appriciated

Hello every one Ive been trying to play this server for almost 3 days now after alot of problem with the download and installs I finnally have everything working properly but im running into an unusual error. one i log into anthem create my char and hit ok the game waits a few seconds then tells me "failed to connect"

It's been a while since ive meesed with RO and im pretty sure its some small error on my part but I cant for rhe life of me figure it out can someone who had the same problem or knows what im talking about tell me whats what?

i suggest u to check ur internet connection.if that won't work,re-install back..
