Cause i was in the building by the stat reseter and the only guys in there were the antler maker and the guy that starts the mixture and counteragent quest.

he got owned by satan morroc, reports said satan morroc didnt liked the dyemaker hair so he vaporized him

one replacement was dispatched to alberta

i meant there's one outside of the city of morroc. I would test that, but i'm not sure if morroc city is in zone 1 or not
