Title: Location of Custom NPCs

I'I'm new to this server and I've been trying to find the location of some of the custom npcs here such as the Platinum Skill NPC as well as the stat resetter. So far, a search of forums yielded few results, so why not? Can anyone tell me where they are?

Job changer & The skill thingie in a house just below & alittle left for the fountain in Pront. :)
