.03%? 'cause I've heard of cards getting nerfed.. but I doubt that's possible. Is it? D:

I think custom stuff like necklace[1] is 0.01%. This can only be verified a by GM/Ex Gm/Developer who has had a look at the drop database

0.03%. The actual database values are (at least in eAthena), 1 for 0.01%, 10 for 0.1%, etc. There are modifiers in the files that multiply these values by 3.
