Title: Comin' back, need help?

sup peeps, I'm planning on comin' back to Anthem since I miss some of my homies over here.
I'm kinda having downloading problems though.

I'm not sure about which files to download 'cause recently I heard RO got some kind of new update that doesn't need the DLL files anymore.  So yeah, I'd appreciate it if anyone here could gimme some info on that and maaaaybe post a link up to which files I gotta download?

It was last edited on Augest 7th of this year so I figured it would be ok.
