right now the databases work pretty well, such as rms where u can customize the exp/drop rates to the server
and also custom cards are listed in some thread which can be found thru the sticky thread in game mechanics http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,1426.0.html
altho i do agree that it wud be nice but itll take a hell of a long time to build

I'd personally like to see an Item Database which includes all of Anthem's customized SQIs, Cards & armors/weapons/overall gears with proper descriptions, etc.

Also, monsters and their spawn points would be very much appreciated too.

anthem wiki isn't gonna happen. Something happened with the group making it, apparently. There was some talk of trying it again, just players, but only a handful of people really offered to help and that idea seems to have lost all of it's steam. *Shrug*

Off the top of my head changed spawn rates are Mobsters in cmd_fld02 to I believe 60 an hour rather than 1. And obviously niff to instant respawn(right?). Not sure beyond that.

all the cards and gears and misc items descriptions and stuff are on pc.bot :P
when u search an item u can cick on it and it will tell u wat it is and wat it does.  Not sure if it's stored in the website or if the price check dude checks each item and puts it on the net as its being sold :P

I doubt that the AnthemWiki has been forgotten =/

My guess is that it will probably be added when other projects are less of a priority.
