Are his drops currently implemented ? I remember having a couple guild events to kill him, but he only dropped OVBs and OCAs. I know you can get the Survivor's Manteau in the Item shop but what about from the only monster that drops it? x:

never got one, and i camped it for quite a while for sacred missions
