Title: FreeCast card?

If a card or SQI item gave this effect (like lvl3~5), would it be considered broken?

but wouldn't most cast classes perfer fast cast or IC? o.o

I personally don't see a point in having it when it's so easy to get IC or really fast cast time. Any one rich enough to afford this "card/sqi" can afford the basic dex gears.

Low chance since GTB exists. But I dont see the point of it. You cant suggest every god damned skill on something.

yes you can, with ifrit rings /gg (ok..not every skill in there, but theres a load of awesomeness in those rings--pressure, sonic blow, HSS/fury, quagmire, bowling bash to name a few good ones..)
