Title: ad transfer....

i'm back after a while....and i noticed that the withdraw and deposite pages cant still be loaded[its been over a year....]
so how do i buy ads? transfering?? isnt that a big risk??

Yes, it is a risk. Make sure you take all the required precautions if you choose to get ads this way (take screen shots at every step of the trade, make sure the other player is over level 70, etc), and if you do get scammed, report it immediately.

supposedly can't xfer with pennies with new coding or something (just look it up somewhere)
