Strong Shield -  Applicable - Every rebirth job except high novice
But why my Champion cannot wear it.

Its supposed to be all class.
I have posted it in bugs a few months back.

I am unsure whether it works as well.

Does it work ? I never really tested mine.
I think the +20% dmg thing is gay considering how high damage aRO players have due to 190 aspd and other cards :P

But thats just me - of course someone can justify it perfectly /heh

It depend on class probably, i am thinking a LK vs champ duel. Look  interesting with the shiled preventing knock back.

Actually that will allow LK to spam BB/Bran and the Champ will take 20% more dmg .
The tactic remains the same - Pneuma- Relocate out and heal and attack.

This shield would have been great if warps were still there in PVP to check Warp wh0res.

i still think rsx card is better  :(

Its an armour card sadly

at least u can put a toad card in the shield(although i dunno how the reductions would go but probably -20% from demihuman)
