Not really i did manage to complete it - you gotta keep spamming the NPC till he says done , Generally takes 10-12 times.

I didn't even bother doing it, since I was told it was bugged.
Also, we should make a sticky of all the quests, and the differences of them from the official server.

i tried yesterday, the 2nd time its needed to get into the whale island the guy doesnt want to take me there.

i go try what you said and see what happens

well, just made the quest because wanted to see why everyone was saying that was bugged
already did previously and no problem. however this popped out now
