As long as you don't try to kill people on purpose, it should be legal.

It's perfectly legal, though using any kind of endow while using a Hylozoist card is not very bright considering there are plenty of random monsters that can pop up which are immune to any given element. Best thing to do is use neutral property for your main weapon, and keep a fire or holy property weapon-switch for the occasional ghost that pops up (since they'd be immune to neutral property).
I seriously wouldn't recommend doing this unless you're pretty sure you can handle anything that might pop out of the polymorphing (especially mini-MVP's like ghostring and zealotus). If you think you're gonna have to fwing a lot to get away, then you shouldn't do it.

its gonna be hard switching weapons coz if u switch u lose fire endow, its a pain to fire endow yurself again. Only jobs like LK or a WS that doesnt endow should do this, but if they summon something strong and kills a leecher i think the leecher would be pissed coz most of them had in thier contract that if they die, they will leech them for 100min instead of 60min, So if u summon it please kill it

thus why I suggested not using endows, and sticking with neutral property unless a ghost pops up; then you can switch to a different weapon to handle those that has a built-in fire or holy property. Usually the only ghost you're likely to see is a whisper, and those die pretty quickly even with a low aspd (due to no slots in the weapon-switch, so no dopps). Only enemy that really causes much problem with this set-up is Ghostring, but he's not terribly vicious, just takes awhile to kill. Granted, if you enlist the aid of a nearby priest or high priest, ME's will make fairly quick work of him, so even he's not too big a deal.
