now in paypal i not need any user to buy from server? only the user in my game?

You need a forum account which you are using now. ::) If you want to donate, just log in to forum account and click on the donate button to pay via paypal. You will be asked to log in to your paypal account which you can pay directly to aRO. Then you can go straight to the item shop to buy whatever you want.
P.S.: I think I have a weird sense of understanding broken english. :P
