i vote with my computer and cell phone with 2 different accounts can i get banned for it?

Only if you vote for AD credits before your time cools down.

Don't use two accounts.
As long as you use the same one, there will be a cooldown.

well even if he told.  no one really knows what his name on his 2nd account since it has different IP address.  Thats why if you play w/ a brother/ internet cafe you are fucked.  LOL

Well since he made a post about this, the GMs may look into it and if he has been doing it, he will get banned for voting fraud or whatever it is. If he is doing it, I think it'll be best if he stops now and explain he didn't know the rules for voting.

It's against the rules to have two different accounts. You are only suppose to have one.

Yes it is illegal. I urge you to send in a support ticket as soon as possible, if you haven't done that already.
