Title: Shadow Arrows?

Where do I find materials to make Shadow Arrows?

I checked RMS and it told me that Armor Piece of Dullahan makes 150 Shadow Arrows.

Went and collected them and I couldn't make any...

So...where do I go to get Shadow Arrows?

blade of darkness and evil horns work too

200 and 20 each accordingly

Crafting Niff loots is the fastest way to get more I think.

Go level in the 2nd floor and 4th floor of ClockTower. Hunt Underground Keys. Or buy Clattering Skulls in bulk from people?
